After cancelling my Santam policy at my broker I was assured that no amount will go off at the end of Feb 2013. This was a lie as the monthly amount was still debited by Santam. After 3 Calls from my broker to Santam the amount is still not repaid. After this I'm glad that I'm not insured with them any more but how do I get them to pay back the money owed?
