Last night the we had an issue with our electricity at home. Normally this could wait untill the morning but not with a baby in the house. I contacted my broker Anton Slabbert from Securitas who promptly gave me emergency contact details for Santam. Santam was contacted just after 10.00pm.By 11.30pm their contractor arrived and sorted out the issue for us which turned out to be a minor issue of loose wire on DV board. Thanks to my insurer who really stepped up to assist us. Dumisani was great their call centre efficient. No insurer can pay me money to move my business from them or my broker. Thank you Santam!
