I smell corruption @ Santam

This is a follow up on my previous post. https:///santam/complaints... ce-1124725

We got an ridicules offer from Santam to repair my mother in Laws car of R10 106.70 after we handed them a quotes of R27 514.36 and R20 262.91.

My GF phoned the place that said to Suntam they will do it for that amount and the guy said he won't do the job for less than R19 000. She then e-mail him the signed copy of where he quoted Santam R12 633.38.

I also asked VW how mutch the parts would cost and they quotes R8 483.18 just for the parts.

I smell some big corruption here so be aware when u chose an insurance company
