Phumi did not want to help us

On Fri, 08.03.13, me & my bus partner went to the branch, & were referred to Phumi, who was busy with a client, on finishing with a client she packed her bags left & when we asked if she wont help, she told us no "they" will help us, 30min late "they" was not there to help & asked if any1 will. was told to go to a team leader, & d lady at no. 5 helped told us to come d nex day with our proof of add. Today, 09.03.13, were were there @ 9am, Phumi was busy & we waited, a couple came 30 min after us, an hour later when she finished with her cliend, she asked if she could help the couple, & gave us attitude when we told her we came first. On attending 2 us, she still gave an attitude, didnt like to help us. Told us we dont have original company docs that we need to go to Cipro for originals, when we told her company was opened online & were emailed docs, she insisted she's never used such, I told her maybe its bcos they are CIPC docs not Cipro, we asked to speak to her superior. He called Ayanda Ngema, who took his time & also gave attitude, when I told him Ive used such @ FNB Dbn, he told they work differently & policies changed, asked 4 his senior, Gerry asked 1 quest if were emailed d
