I applied for FNB credit card on 22 jan & was requested to send certain docs within 5days, which I did. FNB advertises receipt of credit card within 3days. Today is the 4th day. I called to follow up & was told by Leanne that the docs was received but not processed. I asked for the manger & was put through to Muhammed (team leader). He couldnt help, instead told me their email address where i sent the docs to is backlogged. I asked for the manager, he wasnot available. I sent an email to the manager, Soondaram Naidoo and left a message. I called again & spoke to Soondaram who said he would read my email, personally address my matter &call back in 30min. He did not call or respond to the email. After 2hrs i called back. He was not available. I asked to Soondaram's senior. I was referred to Thulani Khulu who identified himself as a manager. He was rude & wouldnt listen to my concerns. I called again spoke to Alison who confirmed that thulani is not a manager. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND, BEEN EXTREMELY INCONVENIENCED. I NEEDED THE CREDIT CARD FOR MY HOLIDAY THIS WEEK.
