Electronic purchasing over the counte

After standing on a long queue for take away, I was told my bank card has a problem in an indirect way " I don't have money"... I swiped with both of my bank cards, and the machine kept on declining my card. When I insisted to go to the ATM for cash withdrawal... Phumi asked her senior to cancel my order, when I asked her to put my staff aside I will come back to pay cash... she told me that's impossible to do as she has to assist other customers. I asked if she cancels the other does that mean, I will have to go back to the queue??? Her response with an attitude was yes since the transaction is cancelled. To my surprise her senior didn't say anything about the whole thing but to continue to cancel my order, I went to the ATM for withdrawal with a receipt confirming that there was nothing wrong with my card but with her machine... she never apologised for inconveniencing and embarassing me but concerned her was the fact that the bank has charged me and her male senior would have to assist me in that as she said " This machines do gives us problems at times" and when I reminded her of how she was protecting their machines, she just gave me bad attitude still.
