How Many Times do I need to send the Documents

On Wednesday 6 Feb 2013 I opened a Cheque Account at the Festival Mall branch and also applied for a loan. The Cheque Account gave me no problems at all.

The loan on the other hand is making me think that FNB is run by a bunch of dyslexic. Because from Wednesday I keep getting multiple SMS messages saying that my payslip, ID, and bank statements are "Unclear" and I need to refax them to 0860102601. I have returned to the bank on Thursday and they resend them. I send them on Friday and I found an Email address on the loan documentation and mailed it to them on Friday night. And was at the bank on Friday AGAIN. They refaxed the documents also.

Guese what I got today Saterday 09 Feb 2013. I got messages saying that my pay slip and ID is unclear and they need to be refaxed agin.

I do not have a fax machine at home. It costs me 80c a page to Fax the pages to them. Are they going to reimburse me for my time and money or get someone that want to help me!

The loan is for a funeral for my son!

This is an extremely BAD BAD experience for a new client. I'm thinking of closing my account and finding a bank that can and will help me, because at the moment it looks as if FNB doesn't
