SLOW INCONVENIENT SERVICE

Seeing the advertising from African Bank I decided to apply for their loan.
The loan was fully processed and I have signed documents on Tuesday.
To my surprise the Loan was not paid in my account as they clain to be FAST and convenient on Wednesday.
Called them back and Ntombi gave me the run around and eventually claimed that she was unable to get hold of our HR. wHEN I FOLLOWED UP ON THAT I was told that the info was false.

Its Wednesday, still no loan, only will be processed on Thursday and will only have the funds on Friday!
Purpose for applying the loan? EMERGENCY!
BUT BECAUSE OF POOR SERVICE AND FAILURE TO KEEP CLIENTS INFORMED IM IN A MESS!
HAD I KNOWN BETTER I WOULD HAVE GONE ELSEWHERE!
