Horrifying service

Our car was written off over a month ago. Up until today, the claim has not been settled. One of the listed drivers was driving the vehicle at the time. I am being constantly contacted by Hannes Vaneerden, who is absolutel rude and arrogant. He keeps requesting the same documentation (I'd copies of both the designated drivers and myself, drivers licenses, call records from the network providers). I am going back and forth, wasting unnessary money on calls to them. Dial direct is still debiting their premiums for some reason. The service I am receiving is horrifying. We purchased 2 new vehicles after the accident and I will definitely not be using dial direct in future. SMART, SIMPLE insurance? Yeah right.
