Misinformation to bad service

I decided to open up a cheque acc and get the Samsung s4. My account was opened but I was unable to get the S4 as I have no credit record, so no debt, - even with my father wanting to sign surety on it! (acc is immediately opened then only do they see if you can get the phone) So I transfer money into the acc so that its activated. After a few issues with the couriers I finally get the card. Everyone giving different excuses why the card cant be activated. Then its fica docs which the couriers collected. Lady at FNB told me it would be sorted out by this morning, which it has not. But FNB is sitting with my money which I can not use to make a payment. They'll gladly accept it without documents but wont allow me to transfer out nor can anyone else do it. If this is what I am getting I want to cancel my account but I was told by the consultant it would take even longer! All I need to do is make my rental payment to an FNB account.

I'm very disappointment in FNB. The one guy was quick to blame the couriers when yes as I need my card but the bank has my money.
Even thought the couriers made a mess up my card was delivered to my house last night.
