Bad Service From FNB Business Online

I applied online for a business account mid Dec 2012. It is now two and a half months and still my account has not been activated due to numerous delays. The worse is the last month where it took 3 weeks for their couriers, CCD, to deliver the bank cards, and that was after I phoned numerous times. A week after the couriers collected all documentation, my account is still not activated, including linking the E-registration card. And to top it of, I now needs to go to a branch to be registered. Why they have online registration for Businesses, I do not know?

This is totally not acceptable.
