No HELP!!

I tried to withdraw R800.00 on 6/12/2013 from the ATM at Tonys Cash & Carry Mokopane. The machine's printer was out of order and it did not have enough money so only R100.00 was dispensed. I contacted standard bank immediately and was informed that I must contact FNB due to the fact that Standard bank had already reversed the R700.00 back to FNB. I did that and was told I would have the money within 24 hours, that didnt happen. I then was told to fill in a form and send in, which I did. Today they informed that they cant help me and I should go to the branch. I give up!! I honestly do not know why I should fight like this for my OWN money and why they refuse to give me answers. If Standard Bank has already reversed it why cant they reverse it into my account???
