Deposit made via atm & reversed by the bank

On the 3rd of July i warlked into Std bank Vanderbijl to deposit money in my a/c however the consultant who normally help on the floor encourage me to deposit via atm as the charges are less and there was no Que outside, when i asked the consultant whether should i use the envelope or not she said there's no need, as the atm could only take less notes i had to split my deposit into, R1200.00, R3000.00., R5000.00 & R10000.00 and they said the money will be cleared in 24 to 48 working hours however to my surprised the bank said they only found R1200.00 in the atm and the other deposit are not located, when i go to the bank they said i must go to their cash master services but when i got there their cash master services told me they not dealing directly with the customer i should go back to the branch, to this date no one has ever showed interest in my case even my business bank thus i have decided to secure appointment with cart-blanch team 4 them to investigate my problem, i'm also waiting for Fsb to call me back as i have notified them & they said they will act under Consumer Protection Act to resolve this for me
