Bad Service!!!

I think Capitec is now comfortable with all the client it has, I went there yesterday to reverse my debited that went off after I cancelled with FSP long ago, first lady by Kamva Nkohla told me that I cannot reverse any debit, we argued till she call her 2IC Rachel Mojapelo who also tried but she ended up telling me that it was my first debit so she reversed it which I believe it's a bull. Just when I was about to leave FNB but I see paying less not always good. Will visit Boulders Branch in Midrand again soon to cancel my account...!!!
