Bad Attitude and money reversal

I have been to capitec bank yesterday, tjeeerrrrrr their service it is so stressfull, 10 of the people in the bank were complaining regarding their service. When we got to the consultant, we asked her to reverse the debit order, she told us that there is no such thing, we must go to where they debited and tell them to reverse it, just imagine the bank...
