BAD SERVICE FROM ABSA

Good day. I'm not very happy with Absa's service. My account was closed last year December and when i go to the back to re-open that account again i'm being asked to provide proof of payment. I've been banking with you for the past 10 years and this is the service i get from you. I actually want to get my money in my savings account and close that account completely and back with FNB or Standard Bank.
