PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND

On 7 September 2012 I settled the account for someone who had a loan with NSFAS! Before that I tried for 2 weeks to get the settlement amount! I phoned everyday, every hour & no one answered the phone! Finally, I get someone one the other side, who promise me that they will immediately email the settlement amount they have received from the account department! I'm still waiting! Luckily the person gave me the amount over the phone, so what did I do, I paid the money! I even emailed the proof!

I have requested they send proof that the account is closed now! I've been requesting this since 21 September 2012! Still waiting!

NSFAS, you are a company who provides student loans, how is it humanly possible for you to be so no care!
