Deposited a cheque on the 28th of February 2013 and half of the funds were available immediately. After making few payments and debit order going through today my account has no funds available. Yesterday it had enough to cover bond account but today nothing. I called the call centre and was told that the branch -Pavillion stopped the available funds. This is causing me much grief and distress please sort this matter asap
