A terrible service!!!

I applied for an American Express Card. I was declined and when I called them, they informed me it is because I did not answer my mobile. After them trying again about two weeks later, it was approved. I waited around 10 days for delivery. Therefore we are already at a month now since application was made. Thereafter my wife's card was not delivered. I called in and they said she needs a proof of address and they will send me a form to fill in to say she lives with me. I waited 10 days for the form. Thereafter I called in and asked what to do with the form, they said they will send the courier company to collect it. Finally on 07.03.2013 they came with the card to be delivered and guess what... is has the wrong name on it!!! I can't believe the service I have received from American Express who prides themselves as a superior card and service provider amongst credit companies. I honestly feel like telling them to keep their cards and whatever else they offer as they are just one disaster surrounded by incompetency and inefficiency.
