Does anyone at FNB know what they doing???

I asked my card to be renewed and send to the Mall at reds branch middle Jan 2013, the consultant send me a form that if i cant collect it that i need to fill in this form and someone on my behalf can. It would take up to 5working days, after 10days i went to the branch and they couldnt find the card after talking for hours on the phone trying to find out where my card is. It was never send, waited another few days and now that someone wants to collect my card it not the right way to fill in the form and send it off. The fnb consultant just got the call and said to the person take the piece of paper. Leaving me with no option or trying to assist.
