On 14 June my card was lost in Malaysia had it cancelled. Tried to order a new one and have it delivered at a cost. I have yet to receive a new card, on the 28 June they said I must complete a Exchange Control Form then only a new card could be ordered. I am leaving on the 6 July so I suppose I will have to continue without a card. Warning to all FNB card holders if travelling over seas rather get an American Express or anything else... No service for a Platinum Credit Card use
