I have visited the branch and contacted the loans division with no joy. Over the last year i have been attempting to get the correct amount owing to FNB to no avail. Instead i have to deal with unhelpful staff with no answers. Currently i have FNB and some debt collecting company deducting amounts from my bank account. Nobody can give me a reason why??? I work in an area where i am not able to just visit a branch or contact the call centre at all. I need this to be sorted ASAP.
