I've personal Loans with Standardbank. I contact my branch first to question why I am not on record at the Berau. They gave me an vague answer. On my loanpapers there is a nr which Iment t phoned.
I was transfered from one department to another. Only to be told that there is another number I should phone. Phoning this number, it was the wrong number, I must phone another number. Of course to no avail,
only costly to my cellphone account. I do not have a telkom phone.
I am feeling like my mother. At STANDARDBANK you are a Financial Number, bringing in money to Standardbank, not a customer. (forget human) I have changed over to another bank. MY question still unanswered. No CORRECT telephone number. Neither can the staff supply the correct one.
