On opening a new account with the help of the call center i was told to go to the branch at Festival Mall with proof of address and ID.
Did not receive notification of collecting card and had to phone the branch several times to get any feedback.
On collecting my card i only find out that my account is still on hold after i had submitted the correct information on the 05/01/2013.
In sort my salary could not be paid into my account on the 25/01/2013.
my details where incorrect (cell number, postal address)
If this is the way First National bank treats new accounts i would refer people not to use them as this was a very unpleasant situation for me.
