POOR SERVICE

I have been insured with Outsurance for 20 years now. I reported my broken jacuzzi bath to the insurer mid 2010 and have had 3 calls from repair companies since then who promised to import the faulty part. I have escalated the compliant internally but have not had the matter resolved. Thank you
