Invasion of privacy from todays

Hello Peter, i opened an account with fnb on the 25/02/2013 for work related purposes. i then recieved some funds on the same thursday. Bear in mind my card hadnt arrived yet so i assumed it was either my spouse or my work paying me, so as soon as i collected my card on saturday i went shopping as usual for my toddlers neccesities. On monday i recieved a call from fnb informing me i had recieved the wrong funds, when i asked how that happened they couldnt respond. i then infromed my spouse who said he'd deal with it but then on wednesday i recieved yet another call informing me they were freezing my account. when i asked why, i was told it was to prevent me from utilizing my acc. i told them i was expecting transactions from that acc hence i opened an account with them. i dont understand why im being punished for other peoples mistakes even after i had agreed to help rectify their mistakes. i feel fnb is opening up my acc for and possible. For at some point they wanted to link my account to some other unknown person to us. All these conversations are happening telephonically. How safe is my account and my personal details, given such?
