Bad Service. Bad Faith. Six Months

This is 6 WEEKS later on the complaint made below and I have no response about the damage contained in the letter from Mercedes Benz about the control unit.

I have spoken to the gentleman (Chris) asked to deal with the cabin damage and this was indeed finally resolved with his assistance. He however does not know anything about the control unit or damage found by Mercedes as this has still not been referred to him or anyone else.

Here we are again with Outsurance. Now eight months along the line. Cannot believe I referred people to this insurer over the last 8 years. This is what we are dealing with this insurer. Will have to take this further as they WILL NOT RESPOND.

Friday 31 May:
Still waiting for Outsurance to repair/feedback on a car insured with them damaged SIX MONTHS AGO.

After the panels which were removed during the accident were replaced the car was having continous warning lights on the dashboard (Noted by beaters) which the car has NEVER had before as Mercedes SA can confirm.
