I would just like to thank Jabulani for the exceptional good service I received from Outsurance. I had some updating done on the policy due to immobilizer that was on level 2 and not 4 like Outsurance wanted, he resolved the matter quite quick and I'm very pleased.
I then further would like to thank the other consultants that also help me update my policy as I was phoning quite frequent, lol
Thanks to Chantelle who wrote me the policy as I thought she couldn't beat my premium from my previous Insurer. I thought I'm gonna get the R400 from Outsurance if they can't beat the premium. In the end they didn't only beat the premium, they were R200 cheaper than my previous insurer (with comprehensive Cover). I was a sceptic, but glad to be part of the family
