I bought a new polo last year. Been insured with outsurance for 12 years. Had a slight bumper bashing and they wrote my car off. I handed a quotation in that was much less then the damage value they estimated.
I had no option of a buy back or to have my vehicle repaired. They took it and left me with additional debt of R30 000 and after being insured for 12 years uninerrupted with no claims this is unacceptable.
they took my car, I did not sign any documents. After numerous attempts to get help regarding this matter, I had no assistance from ANY outsurance staff.
currently a very unhappy soon to be EX outsurance client.
