Pathetic service

On the 26th of Feb. I made an enquiry on applying for a personal loan at african bank. I faxed all my details to Charna at the promanade branche, she then never returned any of my calls. I then called on the 28th feb and spoke to charlene, who said she will get charna to call me. and still nothing. I then refaxed all my details on the 1st of march and still didn't receive any feedback at all. This morning I went into the branch at the promanade, and again handed in all my details to charna herself. She then told me I have a pre approved R6000 loan. but then their systems went off line. she then promised to call me within an hour. it's 1PM now and I still have not heard a thing. African bank yur service is pathetic. Just because we live in mitchells plain is no reason to have idiotic staff working in your offices. Or maybe thats the way african bank works, employ so you can pay them peanuts... who knows, but you guys
