African bank has now proven just how third world & backward they are! After re-assuring me back in July that my number has been removed from their system, I am yet AGAIN receiving calls from African bank in their quest to find a bad debtor: Mr Peterson. HOW many more times do I need to tell you that Mr Peterson does not reside at my telephone number & never has. Perhaps you should take more time to verify your customers details before you go & hand out loans to them. It serves you right that he's defaulted on his loan - now hand his details over to a debt collector. How difficult is this to do or do you does African bank employ? After speaking to "Lunga" last night & explaining this to him, I receive another call 5 minutes later AGAIN! What more proof is needed that this bank consists of incompetent staff? I should add that I have your CEO's email address. Should this happen again, I'll be mailing him directly to notify him just how incapable the staff at African bank are!
