I payed and now?

Dear Peter

I'ts already day 3 and my account still shows that I did not pay, the sms shows that the payment has gone through but the customer care service says I need to e mail proof of payment. Why?? How did it become my problem that their system is not updated. If I'm charged for the delay I will never use their service again.
