TROUBLES WITH OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH CAPITEC

On 13/11 I went to Capitec Bank Parkview to open an account. I did contact this branch in advance enquiring about the documents I need to open an account. At the branch the Manager insisted on an ORIGINAL WATER&ELEC ACCOUNT. I explained to him that I am the tenant as stipulated on the rental contract (PROOF PROVIDED). I do not receive an elec account because a prepaid meter was installed in the unit. I told him that there is no postal delivery in The Wilds security complex that is why I can only use my postal address for all my accounts. I even told him that Tshwane Municipality does not open any water & electricity account in the tenant's name anymore since 2012. The copy of the water & electricity acc (Sept 2013) was the last account received (AGAIN IN THE OWNERS NAME) before the prepaid was installed. He keeps on telling me he wants an original account with a copy of the owner's id. Then he mentioned a declaration must be completed by the owner. I asked him why couldnt the person who answered the phone on 7/11/13 said this as well. He will accept the acc if it is emailed. I told him if you print the acc it will also be BLACK&WHITE and not in colour. PLEASE HELP!
