When phoning the call centre to have the account rectified, I get placed on hold for minutes and minutes til I get cut off!! I paid my account 3 days early, and even sent through the proof of payment to the accounts department, TWICE, but my payment still does not reflect and shows that I owe them. Come on Wonga, you always brag about how fast you are... clearly not fast enough.
