Please help

I have a loan with wonga, they have debited the money - I have transfered the intrest for late payment sent proof of payment 2 days ago, still it shows that i owe money and my account has not been updated.

I cant get hold of anyone using the call centre - I have emalied - requested a call back - facebooked.

Is this going to happen everytime i use your services???
