We applied for a card machine on the 26th of February we phoned 4 times since then and no one was able to help me, they couldn't even pick it up on the system after I had given the details to 4 different operators. I was put on hold for over half an hour countless times. My phone bill reached over R250 with only one call. There has still not been any help from their side and our business has been operating without a card machine for a week!!! THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!
