As usual during our busiest times our FNB credit card machine packs up (usually a Saturday). Although we have a big FNB branch locally no-one is able to help, as no staff member is trained for emergencies and neither do they have a spare machine. This issue has come up on repeated occassions and still nothing is done. FNB needs to spend less on irritating Steve advertisements and more on helping actual excisting business clients. PLease realize that in this country most people do not carry cash and thus we are very dependant on large amounts going through the credit card machine. I suggest you make a plan pronto!!!
