Service please!

Tried using my BlueBean CC at Makro over the w/end. Upon entering PIN code the transaction would not go through. Tried a number of times & ended up using another card. Monday 5 Aug, went into bank (Thibault Square) & stood in queue for half an hour to sort this out. Lauren reset my PIN & said I need to insert card into auto plus machine & re-enter PIN 3X. Upon doing so, an error message appeared saying that the machine does not accept the card. Lauren then proceeded to call help centre & took my card number & ID & said that the info would be passed on to them to sort out. 24 hours later, I've heard NOTHING back & don't know if the problem is resolved. Do I now have to spend another half hour in the queue? Standard Bank are quick to phone if they want to increase my credit limit. How about following up on real problems?
