On Friday night 17/05/2013 we went to Carnival City for an Show. After the show If decided to take my MVG card and go play an few bucks. I'm know I'm not an High roller at all and play for the fun but im an customer to Carnival City just like all other MVG card holders.
After an week that they have updated there System an had an temp close down in machines. The machine I normally play on doesn't work, so i go to another machine. Put in my MVG card with money and credits still on it, put another R100 rand into the machine. While playing machine says call attended. Getting my card go to other machine says account locked. after an hour all my money and credits gone. I say look on camera I put in R100 after half hours they say sorry cant find it. So no credits or money. While I were waiting for them I got an random card costing me R20 and have R80 to play with at first machine I put it into says Account locked. Another hour just to get my money back. What If I had R15000 on that card it would have been the same. As far as I walked machine was just booming out. I'm not going to leave this matter here even if I'm they only one. its just not fare.
