UNAUTHORISED PAYMENT

The amount of nearly R11 000 (ELEVEN THOUSAND RAND) was debited from my account on 1 March 2013 in the name of Outsurance. This is apparently for my insurance on my home. I received no notification regarding this payment, no negotiation regarding the amount and absolutely no document or permission was signed or received by be for this policy. I cannot believe that this can happen - neither FNB nor Outsurance have my consent or authority to take this money
