I requested for car insurance quote with OUTsurance April 2013and I advised them that I am not binding myself I am just doing a quote because I was waiting for bank approval. They sent me the documents I replied to their email informing them to cancel because car finance was declined.

3rd of June they debited my account R1812, 35 I called them on the 5th of June requesting them to cancel the insurance again they said to me the want the proof of the bank that my application was declined and supplied the document from the bank and they refund my money without paying the unpaid charges of R75.67.
Yesterday I went to my bank to pay the overdrawn amount of R75.67 because I wanted to close the account they told me that I can only close it once the payment is reflecting on my account which is today. Today at 08:00 I called my bank advising them I want to close my account they told me that my account is overdrawn by R1812.35 OUTSURANCE DEBITED MY ACCOUNT
