A few months ago i went into the branch and asked for a closing balance on my credit card, teller couldn't do it for me as I had to call the call centre, which i then did, they then gave me the closing balance, I paid it and they assured me that the credit card would then be closed (it had Lao expired and I never received notification of the new one and therefore never collected). I now have received a phone everyday since Saturday (excluding Sunday) to tell me I now owe more money. When i explained the situation the agent on the phone was so rude and put down the phone. I find this service unacceptable and I'm very unhappy about paying more money when I was promised something else!!!
