NO ASSISTANCE WHEN REPORTING CREDIT CARD

I have called the FNB Call centre, fnbcard email address, number, etc for assistance with on my FNB Credit card. I have never authorized a Life policy debit order on my credit card, yet this PA POLICY #: CP234178795 is deducted every month from October 2012. I have picked this up issue over 2 weeks ago and asked them to cancel it yet no one even bothers to assist. They assign a case number then advise you to call them for urgent assistance. When you do they transfer you all over the place then drop the call. Again my account has been deducted with this policy and no assistance to cancel this or refund me. I am extremely disappointed with this PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
I'm still waiting some kind of help!! FNB shows no concern for or assisting clients
