Promises, promises, no feedback

I applied for 2 mortgages on 08 Jan 2013. I sent all supporting docs on 15 Jan 2013 and was told by Karen I would get feedback in about a week. I never heard anything, I followed up, she said it was in hand and would get back to me the next week. Basically I have heard the same refrain each time I follow up (i have yet to receive any pro-active feedback from Ooba at all). The last time I spoke to Karen, she told me I would get feedback last Tuesday - a week later I am still waiting. Not impressed at all Ooba. Not impressed.
