I called clientele legal for assistance on my case concerning my poor credit score with ITC transunion. I was advised to seek assistance by the credit ombudsman. I complained by the credit ombudsman & got this An SMS with policy number: P0221608 this I got on the 17 October 2013. Nothing was done about my case. I emailed the credit ombudsman the details again I got no return call. Seemed assistance by clientele legal & was shocked & told " I acknowledge receipt of your e-mail and have noted the contents thereof.
I noted that your referral to the credit ombudsman was dated 30/12/2013. The referral is therefore not a year old but merely 10 day ". This is pathetic service because this is an issue I have been struggling with for months, actually a year. The attorney Raymond Hauptfleisch offered & exercised no professionalism I didn't even get a call back. On top of it I get an SMS that they will increase my monthly subscription fee: Dear Client. Your policy 950391237 is due for its annual premium increase. Your new premium is R143.00 effective from January 2014. Regards Clientele legal950391237.
