FNB Credit Card started charging me for a policy I did not take out, after being in contact with every possible department in FNB I was unable to resolve my issue for several months.
When I stated that I will pursue the matter via sites such as this one, as well as the Ombudsman, the policy was cancelled in November.
However, I did state that I expect FNB to refunded me the monies with interest that they deducted from my credit card, and to date this has not been done.
