I am very unhappy with the service at FNB. An insurance agent that
received all my personal details from FNB contacted me with regards to
a certain PA policy. I indicated to this person that I would like to
receive an e-mail with the information before I give consent for this
PA policy to be debited from my credit card.
Before the end of the month the money was debited from my credit
card!!! I did not give consent for this!!!
I went in to FNB Centurion branch to cancel the policy yet 9 months later it is still going off on my credit card.
