Since 28 February I have been trying to increase my credit limit on my card. I have now sent the e-mail with the needed documents 4 times to virgin money with no success. Every time I send the mail I have to wait 48 hours to be able to phone (on my expense) and hear what's going on and EVERY time I phone they claim that they have not received any documents. They have successfully changed my surname as requested but that same e-mail they received those documents my payslips were also attached. I do not understand how they can claim to have never received it as the cover letter of e-mail 1 contained everything that needed to happen. 1. change of surname and 2. credit limit review. I now had to send the e-mail yet again and no managers has been on duty since 28 February to talk to, The consultants claim that no manager is on duty every time I ask. If by tomorrow this is not resolved I need to settle my account and go to another bank where customer service matters.
