I bought a vehicle (SPT 773 GP) in September 2006 through the finance of ABSA Bank. The car was paid up towards the end of end of 2008. The motor vehicle clearance certificate were never forwarded to me by the bank after settlement payment. I have sent all the documents required for them to release the vehicle clearance certificate. I went to an ABSA branch in Midrand, Boulders to get the papers for me instead the bank is sending me from pilar to post.
Please help me in getting the motor vehicle clearance certifcate seeing that the car is paid up long time ago.
