I applied to get a police clearance certificate from this company and waited 2 months when they said it would take 3-4 weeks. After many days of trying to follow up with them as to where my certificate was it was found they had dropped it off at a company I didn't even work at. If I hadn't followed up then this confidential document would never have reached me. They never contacted me saying it would be delivered or even to confirm they were delivering it to the right address.
They have absolutely no respect for client confidentiality.
Rather go through the police, they are quicker, more efficient and safer.
